He stood against injustice inside sacred spaces. At Flipping Tables, we believe speaking up is not rebellion… it’s restoration. Truth doesn’t dishonor God. On the contrary, it reveals Him.
This Blog Was Born from Lived Experience
I’m a Christian woman who knows what it feels like to be gaslit with Scripture, dismissed by the church, and expected to smile through the pain. I never stopped loving God. Even so, I had to unlearn a version of faith that left no room for boundaries or honesty. Spiritual abuse recovery isn’t about pretending things didn’t happen. It’s about healing through truth and reclaiming the real Jesus.

Healing doesn’t always look like breakthroughs. Sometimes it’s quiet… choosing rest, setting boundaries, or learning to trust your discernment again.
